Kabul: An Afghan central says that 21 people have been killed by gunmen who fought a gun conflict during a marriage in a northern province.
Jaweed Basharat, a administrator of Baghlan province, pronounced Monday that another 10 people were bleeding in a sharpened on Sunday night.
