Itarsi: At slightest 15 people including 7 women were on Tuesday killed and 38 severely harmed when a train in that they were travelling fell into a stream from a overpass in Hoshangabad district of Madhya Pradesh.
The train was carrying a matrimony party. The fumble took place on Tuesday morning when a train was on a approach to Parasia from Indore, Sohagpur Police Station in-charge Siddharth Singh said.
“Fifteen people were killed in a fumble and 38 severely injured. They were certified in a private sanatorium during Bhopal and Hoshangabad respectively,” Hoshangabad Division Commissioner VK Batham told PTI.
