Yesterday at Milan Fashion Week, the front row at Gucci’s Spring 2016 show was a star-studded sight. In true fashionista form, actress Dakota Johnson made an elegant sartorial statement in a ruffled georgette frock from Gucci’s Fall 2015 collection. The 25-year-old Fifty Shades of Grey star accessorized the dainty burgundy dress with a long navy blue wool coat, which featured bold statement buttons. She completed her front row-ready ensemble with chunky nude heels for a contrasting effect.
Meanwhile, brunette bombshell Salma Hayek looked youthful in a yellow knit sweater and pleated leather skirt from Gucci’s Cruise 2016 line. The quaint, colourful embroidered detail and embellishment on the sweater contrasted with the bright colour and the sultry oxblood-coloured skirt. The 49-year-old actress added coordinating pumps and a chic red envelope clutch to her vibrant, playful front row outfit.

Staying true to her reputation as a style icon, British Vogue contributing editor Alexa Chung went for a minimalist yet cool look in a short white Gucci Cruise 2016 polo shirtdress with a high collar and an embellished floral brooch. The 31-year-old trendsetter layered her frock with a contrasting black coat, and added a funky pair of fur-trimmed Gucci loafers to wrap up her Milan Fashion Week ensemble.
