Two horrific incidents of minors being gangraped have sparked snub over a reserve of women in a inhabitant capital.

Delhi Commission for Women arch Swati Maliwal reacted strongly to reports of dual purported incidents of gangrape in a capital, observant that such incidents were ‘shameful.’
