Lucknow: An FIR has been purebred against Bollywood actor-director Farhan Akhtar and actor Ranbir Kapoor for rapist crack of trust and forgery for compelling an online selling site that is allegedly “duping” customers.
The FIR has been purebred by a counsel Rajat Bansal, a resident of Keshav Nagar area in Madiyaon military station, about 10 km from here, opposite Farhan and Ranbir underneath IPC sections 406 (Punishment for rapist crack of trust) and 420 (forgery) on Sep 19, military said.
Besides, FIR underneath a same sections has been lodged against directors of online portal askmebazaar.com – Sanjiv Gupta, Anand Sonbhadra, Piyush Pankaj, Kiran Kumar Sriniwas Murti and selling officer Puja Goyal.
Bansal in his FIR purported that he had systematic a 40-inch LED TV from a site on Aug 23 and had paid Rs 29,999 for the same by his withdraw card, though he did not get the product within 10 days, as promised.
He purported that due to graduation of a site by Farhan and Ranbir, people tumble in trap of a site, that also sent him a check though not a product. Police is probing a matter. The officials of a portal
could not be contacted.
