* A sum of 143 MLAs (59%) in a new Bihar public face rapist charges, and 96 MLAs face critical rapist charges including murder and kidnapping.

* Among MLAs confronting critical charges, 12 have been charged for murder, 26 are charged for try to murder, 9 are charged for abduction and 13 face coercion charges.

The Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) led by Lalu Prasad, that emerged as a largest singular celebration in a Bihar public with 80 seats, has a top series of MLAs (49) with rapist cases tentative opposite them.

An research of affidavits filed by 3,450 possibilities for a 243-seat public showed that 1,038 (30%) possibilities had announced rapist charges, according to information sourced from Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR), a non-profit think-tank operative on electoral and governance reforms.

As many as 796 (23%) possibilities had announced critical rapist cases including charges associated to murder, try to murder, community disharmony, abduction and crimes opposite women lodged opposite them.

As many as 95 (61%) out of 157 possibilities from a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and 58 (57%) out of 101 possibilities fielded by a JD (U) reported rapist charges opposite them.

As many as 61 (60%) out of 101 possibilities of a RJD, 23 (56%) out of 41 possibilities of a Congress and 259 (23%) out of 1,150 eccentric possibilities had announced rapist charges opposite them in their affidavits.

The RJD again has a top series of MLAs (31) with critical rapist charges, including try to murder, opposite them 31 followed by a JD(U) with 24.

As many as 89 possibilities had announced cases associated to murder (Indian Penal Code Section-302), and 238 possibilities had announced corruption associated to try to murder (IPC Section-307).

Ajay Kumar, an eccentric claimant from Kumhrar constituency, had announced 8 charges associated to murder in his affidavit. Kumar mislaid a election.

Visheshwar Ojha, a BJP claimant from Shahpur constituency, had announced 10 charges of try to murder (IPC Section-307). Ojha was a runner-up in a subdivision by polling over 54,000 votes. The choosing was won by a RJD’s Rahul Tiwary with over 69,000 votes.

As many as 105 (67%) out of 157 possibilities from a BJP, 76(75%) out of 101 possibilities fielded by a JD (U), 66 (65%) out of 101 possibilities of a RJD, 25 (61%) out of 41 possibilities fielded by a Congress and 229 (20%) out of 1,150 eccentric possibilities have announced resources value some-more than Rs 1 crore.

The normal resources per claimant who contested a Bihar public elections of 2015 is Rs 1.44 crore.

The normal item per claimant for a 157 BJP possibilities was Rs 2.74 crore.

While 101 JD(U) possibilities have normal resources value Rs 2.7 crore, 41 Congress possibilities have normal resources value Rs 3.90 crore,

While 101 RJD possibilities have normal resources value Rs 3.25 crore, 1,150 eccentric possibilities have normal resources of Rs 1.83 crore.
