Chennai: Directing a centre to emanate suitable instruction to manufacturers of helmets for dual wheelers to yield “helmet lock” as a member and not as an accessory, a Madras High Court on Tuesday pronounced “two helmets should be given to people during a time of squeeze of a vehicle.
