Though LouLou was screaming and apparently distressed, a motorist didn’t stop a train or check on her himself. He asked her what was wrong, that she couldn’t respond to, and afterwards believed a eight-year-old when she lied and pronounced LouLou was dissapoint about holding her ponytail out.
