Coimbatore: A male suspected to be mentally invalid killed a chairman sleeping during a train mount in Mettupalayam by outstanding his conduct with a stone, military said.
The accused, T Muthuraj, from Nilakottai in Dindigul district killed a 57-year-old male around 4 am while he was sleeping and claimed that he over his enterprise to spend a rest of his life behind bars, military said.
After a murder, he surrendered before a encampment executive officer, who handed him over to a military hire during Mettupalayam, they said.
Questioning suggested that he had been operative in Bihar for a final 12 years and had returned to a city a week behind after withdrawal his mother due to some marital problems, military said.
He had also undergone diagnosis for mental basin some dual years ago.
Muthuraj also told military that he wanted to spend a rest of his life in jail and he had killed a male to do his desire.
