Mumbai: Actress Lara Dutta says that former cricket actor Mohammad Azharuddin, on whose life a film Azhar is based, is a unusual person.
“He (Azharuddin) has tremendously lent his support to a film and has apparently remained really involved. He’s an implausible person. Having worked with him over this year, we got to know him. He’s utterly a unusual person,” pronounced Lara.
Like a trailer shows, Azharuddin was one of a many successful and many argumentative cricket captains of a nation since of his accomplishments on a cricket field, match-fixing allegations and relationships.
Lara plays a counsel in Azhar, who is ruin focussed on proof a match-fixing allegations leveled opposite Azharuddin (played by Emraan Hashmi) in a film.
