Srinagar: Former JK Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Tuesday described a ‘Agenda of Alliance’ of ruling PDP-BJP bloc in Jammu and Kashmir as a “bundle of lies”, accusing a supervision of holding a state towards “instability and chaos”.
“National Conference (NC) worked tough to keep BJP away from energy in Jammu and Kashmir and even extended unconditional support to Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). But (Chief Minister) Mufti Mohammad Sayeed was not prepared to make his masters indignant and entered into a bloc with BJP,” he said addressing a celebration gathering in Kupwara district.
The NC operative boss pronounced all a promises done by the PDP valid anoint within 4 months of a supervision and with any flitting day it becomes transparent that there is nothing like a Common Minimum Programme between a dual parties.
“The PDP-BJP bulletin of a fondness has incited out to be an uninspired gold of lies. Today we have been vindicated as any guarantee done in a ‘Agenda of a Alliance’ has come crumbling down as Sayeed looks on as a silent, helpless spectator who has sole his voice to sojourn in a Chief Minister’s chair,” he said.
Omar also pounded Sayeed for his “deafening silence” on Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar’s “terrorists killing terrorists” criticism and asked him to explain because a spate of targeted killings had started in Sopore after a minister’s remarks.
“We are really endangered about a spate of targeted killings in Sopore and there is a widespread notice in the state that this PDP-BJP supervision is indeed implementing the Union Defense Minister’s remarks in minute and spirit.
“There are apprehensions that Ikhwanis (pro-government gunmen) are being re-invented. Mufti’s counsel overpower and his refusal to reject a minister’s matter is conspicuous and worrisome,” he said.

“Till now a supervision has positively no answers to offer and a conditions seems to be holding a spin towards instability and chaos,” Omar said.
Referring to media reports that a Centre has rejected the state’s direct for transferring of energy projects, the former Chief Minister pronounced another PDP-BJP ‘Common Minimum Programme'(CMP) guarantee has been unprotected as a large fat lie.
PDP had done “spectacular, free u-turns” on all its CMP promises including reversal of AFSPA, a aphorism of ‘Battle of Ideas’, resumption of talks with Hurriyat leaders, Article 370 and had also left to a border of undermining the sanctity of a State Flag of Jammu and Kashmir, he said.
“I consternation what happened to PDP’s ‘Battle of Ideas’ promise? What ‘Battle of Ideas’ is this Sayeed Sahab where you crack down on seminars about ‘saffronization’ and detain not only a organizer though also their guests?
“Sayeed not usually slapped a uninformed Public Safety Act (PSA) on Masrat Alam though ensured that he is sent to Kot Bhalwal jail instead of gripping him in a jail within a Valley. Is this Sayeed’s ‘Battle of Ideas’?” he questioned.
