Washington: Two Air France flights firm for Paris from a United States were diverted late Tuesday due to confidence threats, media reports said, on a heels of lethal apprehension strikes in Paris.
CNN reported that one jet was diverted to Salt Lake City, Utah, after holding off from Los Angeles, while a second left Washington and was diverted to Halifax, Canada.
Both aircraft — moody 65 out of Los Angeles, and moody 55 out of Dulles International Airport in Virginia outward a US collateral — have landed safely.
A Federal Aviation Administration mouthpiece reliable to AFP that moody 65 was diverted to Salt Lake City.
