Voting starts in Bihar polls’ fourth phase; Paramilitary forces, drones deployed during booths

New Delhi: Voting began on Sunday in a fourth and penultimate proviso of a Bihar elections involving 55 public constituencies, including 12 influenced by Maoists, in a state’s flood-prone belt.
