Bargarh (Odisha): Embarking on a ‘Save Farmer March’ in Odisha, Rahul Gandhi on Thursday indicted a Narendra Modi government of neglecting farmers and took a puncture during a prime minister, seeking when will a betrothed ‘achche din’ come for them.
