In 2012, nine-year-old Xiomara Jonsales-Fernandez was found passed in a parking lot of a Los Altos Methodist Church in Long Beach, California. Her throat had been cut.
The officers who came opposite a small girl’s physique also saw 36-year-old Jacinto Trujillo, Xiomara’s stepfather, circuitously with self-inflicted gash wounds. Though he lifted her from a time she was only a baby, he’d also been a one to finish her life with a razor blade. That’s since she’d turn a declare and plant to his horrific crimes, and he was fearful she would tell.
Trujillo, who survived his injuries, after certified to military that he’d intimately abused his stepdaughter from Nov 2011 until he killed her on a night of Apr 27.
He pleaded no competition to first-degree murder and verbal climax with a child 10 years aged or younger, also revelation that he used a razor blade as a lethal arms to kill her. Now, some-more than 5 years after her murder, a Los Angeles Superior Court has condemned Trujillo to 41 years to life in prison. He’ll also have to register as a lifetime sex offender.
