When Ivy Diep found Popeye inspired and erratic a streets, she was not looking for another dog.
Diep told Bored Panda, “He was such a disaster — super skinny, heavily matted, dirty.” But even after he was all spotless up, nobody wanted to move him home, so she and her father adopted him and he staid in as a ideal new member of their family.
That’s when Diep started holding him out to restaurants. She writes, “He doesn’t thrust for food or unequivocally even caring for it. He only likes to be out. He’ll get nibbles of anything that’s protected for him. we also lift a bag of treats for him in box there’s zero he can have.” With a following that’s 108,000 people strong, we could contend that Popeye is on his approach to Instagram stardom.
