When Lori Edwards forsaken her son, Avery, off with his father and stepmother for a revisit this month, she had no thought that it would be a final time she saw him alive.
On Apr 14, military in Wisconsin perceived a call about a 20-month-old child who was carrying shoal breathing. Not prolonged after, small Avery was flown to a sanatorium where doctors conspicuous him dead. According to his stepmother, Ellen Tran, a child had depressed in a shower. However, she’s now being charged with second-degree forward homicide.
Abuse opposite Avery had already been called into doubt when he came home with bruising after a revisit with Tran and his father in July.

Though Tran pronounced Avery fell in a shower, a child abuse consultant during a sanatorium has told investigators that a small boy’s injuries don’t line adult with Tran’s claims about what happened.
